Hi I'm Andrea

I live in Nebraska, but from the west coast, I have 5 kids. I'm a stay at home mom, who loves to shop and cook. And I'm Mormon.

About Me

Hi I live in rural nebraska but grew up in Big cities such as Anaheim Ca. I Have 3 boys and 2 girls. I make over the top hair bows for my daughter, and I also sell them. I'm kinda loud, and love to talk, shop and laugh! My Favorite thing to do is to go swimming with my kids, I grew up in the church but my husband is a convert. I know that the church has made us a happier family and stronger couple. I'm primary president and love teaching the kids at church. Our fav family activity is going to water parks and have family movie night. I describe our house as sometimes organized chaos, I'm sure moms out there with more then one child know where I'm coming from. My kids all play the guitar ( but no we are not the Osmonds) lol! . We are not a perfect family but we do follow the lords instructions for us; so our life will stay on the right path .I'm proud to be a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, so at a young age I didn't have a choice, but now that I'm an adult with children I choose to be a member. What made me continue to go as an adult was I could see the benefits all around me. From the values and morals, to how they promoted family togetherness. I've read the Book of Mormon and prayed about it and know in my heart it to be the truth. The church has brought my husband and I closer. Now days marriage doesn't seem that sacred to people. But my husband and I have attended our temple I know that our family can be together forever. If we continue to live righteously. I'm grateful beyond words for the restored church. And grateful for Jesus Christ and the attonement. And grateful for all the blesings the lord has given me in my life.

How I live my faith

I have a calling in primary, basically meaning I teach the kids in primary( Sunday school to most of you). This year we have been teaching about the New testament. I also go visiting teaching, which basiaclly means I go see women I've been assigned to; so I can see if they need anything and how they are doing. And share a short inspirational message with them. We have family home evening every Monday. Which is a chance for our family to get together and either play a game, read scriptures, watch a church movie, etc. This is my kids fav time of the week. I have a child in High School; and everyone seems so busy but we always make time for this no matter what.
