Hi I'm Kimberlee

I'm a Mormon. I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 amazing kids. I am happily married of 17 years and taught Drama in High School.

About Me

Hello, I am a mother of 3 amazing children through the gift of adoption. My husband and I struggled with infertility for 9 years before we were blessed with starting our family. Those years and then the relationships we have formed with the birthfamilies of our children have really helped us rely on our Heavenly Father and grow closer in a personal relationship with him. The adoptions of our 3 kids were nothing short of miracles. I have been happily married for 17 years. I met my husband at BYU. We moved to Cleveland Ohio where he went to Dental School. After our adventures in Cleveland we called Phoenix our home and have been here for 11 years. I taught Theatre in a local High School for 3 years, until my oldest son was born. I now stay home with my kids of 8, 5 and 3. I love to travel, camp and be with my family and friends. Both my parents and inlaws have horses, so we love the change of pace when we visit home. My kids LOVE the horses. I was born in New Jersey, but was raised in Utah from the age of 7. I love to sing and dance, and obviously love acting and theatre, especially musical theatre. My family and my realtionship with my Heavenly Father mean everything to me. I know God lives, knows me personally and loves me as his daughter.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know the gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and once you recieve that witness, you really can't deny it. It just makes sense to me. I believe God is a loving Heavenly Father who loves me like I love my kids. He is there for me, he hears me when I pray and gives me answers and directs me through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost. I have had to many experiences in my life that I can't deny the truth of this gospel. It brings me happiness, even when things are hard or not going so well in my life. This Gospel of Jesus Christ ancors me when I am struggling and leads me through things. There is always hope, I know he is ALWAYS there. I know Jesus is my older brother. He lives. The relization of what he suffered for me...it just makes me love him and strive to live in a way that his gift of mercy isn't waisted. I love my Savior, I love my Heavenly Father and I am so thankful for the Gift of the Holy Ghost. I know they are 3 seperate people, but ONE in purpose.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to read the scriptures every day. To pray and communicate with my Heavenly Father... To ask for ways to be lead in my life. I refrain from rated R movies, alcohol, smoking and other things that aren't healthy for my mind and body. I try to teach my children to be accepting of everyone, yet understand that there is wickedness in the world and you have to stand up for what you believe in. I try to lead my life with service to others and with love. I go to church every week and use that time to show my Savior my commitement to him and his Gospel. I am eternally grateful for the gift of my Savior, for his love, his mercy and his guidance.
