Hi I'm Tammy

I was born and raised in Mesa Arizona. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 6 and grandmother of 15...so far. I was born and raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and have enjoyed countless blessings in my life as a result. Like everyone else, I have experienced my share of trials and hardships but the peace and hope and knowledge that my Heavenly Father is there gets me through any challenges I face. I love music, sports, puzzles and card games with family and friends. I love good broadway musicals and mostly I love being with my family. They are my rock and I am so grateful for the Priesthood and Temples that will allow me to be with them for eternity. I get so excited about the gospel and love reading the Book of Mormon as well as the Bible and other scriptures. I want everyone to have what I have.....a strong testimony of my Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon family with deep pioneer ancestors who suffered so much in order for me to have this blessing in my life. Because it has made my family so strong and connected, I will never give up or do anything that would cause me to not be worthy of these blessings. It is the joy and peace in what could be a dark world that I feel and embrace as a member of the Church with a loving prophet at the head who gives me direction in my life from a loving Heavenly Father. It is the wonderful members who support and serve each other as well as non-members in our neighborhoods and communities that keeps me solid in my faith and testimony. I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve (by the way, it is without pay) in organizations with young children, teens, and adults in my church. We have set goals as women to serve others and always be aware of our neighbors and friends not attending our church. As a result, I have made many friends and built strong relationships with women of many faiths as we all share the desire to serve and associate with each other in different capacities. These callings take lots of study, prayer and hard work most of the time, but the joy and blessings that come into my life are priceless.
