Hi I'm Kristie Hill

I am a wife and I am trying to start my own wedding floral business. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college graduate, a wife, a horticulturist, a receptionist and a wedding florist. Being a horticulturist, I love observing the beauty of nature. I particularly like creating beautiful flower arrangements for people's weddings. I love being apart of people's weddings because it is such a happy time in their lives when families come together to celebrate love and union. I'm just a normal girl; I enjoy watching movies, hanging out with my husband, and laughing.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior and our Redeemer. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's church on the earth today and that it was restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I was born into the church: my parents are members, their parents are members, and most of their parents were members. However, I have chosen for myself to be a Mormon. Growing up, I was taught of Christ and principles of families, faith, virtue, charity, and divine nature. I know for myself that these things are true and have chosen to adapt them into my life. I love the joy the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints brings into my life. I love the peace, assurance, and answers that comes from the scriptures and the teachings of Christ. I am a Mormon because it helps me to be a better person and because of the focus on Jesus Christ and the importance placed on families.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church on a regular basis and interacting with other members. Currently, I am also volunteering with the youth of our Church. Every Sunday I meet with the 12-13 year old girls for a spiritual lesson and on a weekday we have a youth group activity. I also live my faith by adhering to the commandments. Some people find commandments to be restricting, but I find them to be a protection and a blessing.
