Hi I'm T.

I like spending time with my family and staying physically active. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of three great kids and am married to a fantastic lady who helps me choose the right. I work as a pediatric dentist, but feel like my real full time job is husband and father.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in a Mormon family, my parents taught me good principles that helped me stay out of trouble as a teenager. There came a time in my life, when I needed to find out for myself if the things I had been taught at church and at home were true. This knowledge came through an answer to my prayers. The answer did not involve angels, trumpets, nor visions, but simply a feeling. I have come to understand the meaning of this feeling and recognize it as the witness of The Holy Ghost, bearing witness of truth. I am amazed and humbled that a loving Father in Heaven would reveal this to me when I was a teenager. I am thankful for the continued reassurance and gentle reminders that His church is true. I want to live with Heavenly Father after this life, with my family, forever. Living the principles of His church will enable us to be an eternal family.

How I live my faith

I attend Church with my family every week and teach an adult sunday school class. There is much more to living my faith than simply church attendance. I try my best to follow Jesus Christ's example in how I live my life daily. I try and show kindness to others and help people where I can. I study the scriptures daily, and pray to Heavenly Father.

How can we come to know our Father in Heaven?

Our Father in Heaven loves us each individually and wants to have a personal relationship with his children. I find that the times in my life when I feel His influence the most is when I am living in harmony with His teachings. I like to pray to Him, thank Him for the marvelous blessings He has given me, tell Him how I am feeling, talk about my concerns, worries, and fears. I ask for His help with challenges. Then I look for His hand in my life. As a father myself, I love my kids and want them to be happy. I would do all in my power to see their needs met.
