Hi I'm Jill

I'm a wife, a mother, a photographer, a runner and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been happily married to my husband for 15 years and we have two children. I love them! They are my greatest joy. I am a stay at home mom. I also do photography. Photos are the way I like to chronicle my life as well as the lives of others. I am a runner. Not a fast one. But I love to run! I run 5k's, 10k's, half-marathons and marathons. I enjoy the challenge of running. There is grand satisfaction in finishing something difficult.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but I gained a belief in it for myself through prayer and scripture study.

How I live my faith

When I was 21, I served as a missionary, teaching the gospel to the people of Ecuador. It was a life changing experience being able to teach others the things I know to be true. Currently, I serve the youth of our church in the Young Women organization. I teach them Sunday lessons, plan weekly activities, organize camp-outs and conferences to help develop and strengthen their faith in God and Jesus Christ. However, I feel my biggest responsibility is to my children as I try to influence them for good and teach them to follow Jesus Christ and live His gospel.
