Hi I'm Meagan

I grew up in small town Centerville, Utah. I'm a nurse. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My hobby is life. I love spending time with family and friends, cooking, cleaning, reading, and being in the mountains. I love babies, which is part of the reason I decided to become a nurse. I work in my dream job taking care of sick babies, and I love helping them get better.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (aka Mormon) and always believed the things I learned as a child in church were true. As a teenager, I distinctly remember one night reading a chapter of scripture in the Book of Mormon, another testament of Jesus Christ, alone in my room. It felt like my bedroom was light and warm, and I knew in my mind and in my heart that the things I was reading and believed in really were true. This experience helped me decide to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where I had life-changing experiences I will never forget and met people I will love forever.

How I live my faith

One of the things I love most about this church is the opportunities for service available to each member. I currently serve with the teenage girls in my ward and it has been a great experience getting to know them and share things I feel are important with them. I also love the program called "visiting teaching", but what I like to think of as having a few assigned best friends. I am a visiting teacher to 3 women in my ward area, each in 3 different places in life. I am so grateful for the friendships I have developed with them.
