Hi I'm Christopher

I'm a Mormon in the Military

About Me

I have been a member all my life. My life has been a trip so far and since I'm only 23 I have a long ways to go. (can't wait!) I went from a wanting to be a physical therapist, to a cop, to a teacher and where do I up? In the United States Navy, Hooyah! This has by far been the best decision of my life even if it has been the most trying. If I had a chance to go back and do things different I wouldn't.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a member family. Growing up I went to church every Sunday went to all my classes and participated in all the activities. Once I became a teenager I stopped going to church and it wasn't till I gave up what i had that a saw what it really was. I realized just how important it really was to me and my life and why I wanted it back. I know that this church is true and that it is lead by great men with the direction of the Lord. That this is the restored Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And that through it all man can find everlasting peace and happiness. This testimony with you in the of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I live me faith every day to the best that I can. Being a Mormon in the Military is no easy feat. Lets just say the atmosphere is not conducive for members of our faith. However it has tempered my faith. Shown me where I am strong and where I am weak. Through all of this i have come to find that my faith is small, but it is mine and I will do what I need to ensure that it grows. I do this each day by living as an example and remembering when to dust myself off when I fall.
