I'm from Salt Lake City, I moved to Arizona in 2004. I'm a husband, a father, a grandfather and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised a Mormon, however there are many different religions in my background. My fathers family are Methodists and Southern Baptists from Texas. I grew up with good Christians all around me. I am married ( my wife and I were high school sweethearts ) we have three daughters and six grandchildren. My wife is a realtor and I am the General Sales Manager at a local luxury car dealership. I tend to be a workaholic, so I don't have much spare time. When I do have free time I go to the gym, swim in our pool and being empty nesters my wife and I like to go out for dinner.

Why I am a Mormon

I have never been passive about my faith. My foundation is my personal relationship with my Savior Jesus Christ. I have spent many hours reading the Old and New Testaments and The Book of Mormon. I read from the scriptures every day. So much of what is taught in our church parallels the teachings of the Savior in the New Testament. As I watch my family grow and mature, I realize just how important my wife, my children and my grandchildren are to me. The thought of my family sealed for both time and eternity ( an eternal family ) brings joy to my life. There is a peace in my life that comes from my belief in my religion and my relationship with the Savior.

How I live my faith

I am a priesthood leader in my local ward and I do my best to serve where needed. The teachings of Jesus and modern day instruction from our prophet and apostles gives us direction and guidance. One special area for me is the sabbath day. I try my very best to make Sunday a sacred and holy day. It is a day for me to show my love and respect to God by keeping the sabbath day a day of reverence.
