Hi I'm Ashley

I am a mom and hairdresser who lives life to it's fullest and feel blessed because...I am a mormon.

About Me

I am a mom to 3 wonderfully crazy kids who make me laugh everyday. I have a husband whom I adore and admire. I am a hairdresser part time but keep my first priority at home with my family. I believe that life should be spend being silly and having fun. I can laugh in almost any situation and find that laughter is the best medicine for me. I definitely have things that make me tick and those things consist of... running, cooking/baking, decorating, volunteering at my kids school and spending time with family.

Why I am a Mormon

My father was a southern baptist and my mom is a mormon. I grew up with a mother who was strong in her faith and ultimately that was how my testimony started. Growing up was tough for me and I didn't always make the right choices but I always knew that happiness was being a mormon. Even through all my toughest hours I knew that my solace came when I felt the spirit and when I was surrounded by my family and friends. I have a strong testimony of the power of the atonement and that striving to be more Christlike will make me a better wife, mother, friend and daughter.

How I live my faith

One of my main goals is to make everyone feel accepted and loved. I have friends of all different faiths and feel confident that I am representing my faith and leading by example. I have the opportunity to teach the women in my ward and although I am not convinced I am teaching them much I do know that I am growing in my calling. I live my faith in everything I do, whether it's through spending time with my family during family night, helping a neighbor move or bringing dinner to a sick friend. I am far from perfect and have a lot of work to do but I know that through service I find my greatest happiness.
