Hi I'm Dale

I have been involved in the pharma and medical device business for 30+ years & travel to international locations. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am happily married and we have 8 children, 3 grand children, and one on the way. I have been in the pharmaceutical and medical device business for 30+ years and have done international business development for several companies. It is challenging work that allows me to travel to many countries and become familiar with many cultures and people. I enjoy learning about many religions and beliefs and can respect all beliefs that help people live better lives and builds good character. I enjoy being a socialble person and love making friends and spending time with friends and family. I enjoy baseball games and hockey games in my free time.

Why I am a Mormon

As a young person, I read the Bible and the Book of Mormon. The feelings of joy and the teachings of peace and how to obtain hapiness stirred my soul. Once you gain a knowledge of God's plan by reading the scriptures, the best way to feel happy and enjoy life is to live the teachings you received. I have found that living the gospel of Jesus Christ in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints brings peace to my soul and joy to my heart. I know the church is true and having teachings from living prophets and apostles helps me to know what God would have me do in this life to be able to return to live with him after this life is over. Understanding of the eternal plan of God helps me in troubled times, through painful experiences and in time of joy and peace. I have studied many religions and beliefs and noe gives the understanding of an eternal plan of salvation like the one found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I challenge all to seek the purpose of life and to ask where did we come from, why are we here, and where are we going? the answers to these and other important questions are found in the teachings of the Savior in the LDS church. What joy and peace knowing the answers has brought to me and my family.

How I live my faith

I enjoy associations with other people. Serving others through monthly visits to see how they are doing, community service and cleaning projects, scouting, and working in food shelters/doing food drives are all a part of the ways the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is active in our community. I also consult with people who are interested in doing their family history and genealogy. Knowing about our family members and predecesors helps us bond with our existing families. Knowing the stories of ancestors gives families a better understanding of themselves and where they came from. I live each day to find joy and hapiness. Family prayers, reading scriptures together, having discussions over dinner, and being involved in each other lives all makes my life fun and enjoyable. Attending church services on Sunday with other church members brings a spirit of friendship and fellowship that carries me through the week. Even when traveling internationally, I try to attend church meetings and have enjoyed church meetings in Turkey, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Denmark, Thailand, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and many other countries.
