Hi I'm Steve

I'm a grandfather. I like baseball. I love to read (particularly Patrick O'Brian). I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 3 wonderful sons and 1 beautiful grandson. I have been married for 30 years to my 'ti ku kona'. I like good movies, good books and I like to go to baseball games with my boys. I am a general manager of a linen supply branch and I'm glad to have stable employment.

Why I am a Mormon

Over the years I have come to understand the importance of having true charity. Our Savior showed us the power of loving both God and our fellow man. While I have not perfected charity in my own life I strive everyday to enjoy the inner peace and happiness that comes when I love my fellow man. Here lies true happiness. This happiness is real and it is lasting. I have been blessed with a wonderful family. And while a lasting marriage and family is filled with trials and tribulations the effort is certainly worth it. I know these relationships will exist long after we have passed from this life to the next.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as second councilor in our ward (community) bishopric. This calling allows me to assist persons of all ages either spiritually, emotionally or financially. The opportunity to give service to others is critical to my own personal happiness.
