Hi I'm Aubrie

I am grateful that I'm a Mormon!!!

About Me

Wow, where to begin... I am: Happy. Grateful. Observant. Passionate. Crazy about Peanut Butter M&M's. MAC Makeup Addict. Chatty. OCD. Organizer. Neat Freak. A Hard Worker. A Born Leader. Creative. In LOVE with the color Red. Confident. Driven. Stubborn. Nerdy. Utah Alumni. Emotional. Fun. A Listener. Sarcastic. A Mom. A Wife. A Daughter. A Sister. A Returned Missionary. A Child of God... and I absolutely LOVE life!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I know that my Redeemer lives. I know that He knows me personally and LOVES me. I know He is concerned for me and my well-being -- as well as my family's. I believe the teachings of Jesus Christ found in the Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price -- I have ready and studied them all (and most importantly PRAYED) to know that they are true. I have been blessed to have grown up in the LDS faith and have always felt my Savior's presence in my life. I have been one that has had the great privilege of having that faith from a young age to know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. In a world that has been so chaotic -- and various trials and experiences in my own life -- the gospel of Jesus Christ has always been my rock. It has been my foundation and the one unchanging thing in my life. I served a mission in New York City and it was there that I gained an even stronger testimony of the divinity of Jesus Christ. I KNOW He lives. I KNOW He loves me. And I KNOW that He wants all of His children to feel that and know of His presence. I believe in His teachings. I believe in the restoration of His gospel through His prophet Joseph Smith. And I know that the prophet today, Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of God -- and that he has the authority of God to do His work. I am so incredibly grateful for the knowledge that I have and am always looking for ways to share that with those I come in contact with.

How I live my faith

I love the gospel!!! It really is one of the only things that really makes sense to me. I live my faith by teaching my son the principles that Christ would teach him if He were with him. I try to serve all those that I come in contact with -- whether by sharing my testimony, offering a helping hand, smiling, or being an example. I love being a Visiting Teacher and am currently a Sunbeams teacher of the 3 and 4 year olds in my Ward.
