Hi I'm Kim

I'm a photographer. I'm a mother of four boys. I'm married to my best friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to create. I make jewelry, scrapbook and work with mixed media. I believe a photograph can capture the essence of a person, a relationship, a moment, which is why I am a passionate photographer. I stay home and raise my four boys, a job which I consider the most important of my life. I love to laugh with my silly and wonderful husband. I speak fluently in movie quotes. I seek inspiration in everything I do and strive for joy on my journey.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church when I was 18. I have always believed in Christ, but felt my previous faith lacking in the depth I so craved. I began praying for an answer. It came in the form of the missionaries. After meeting with them I felt a direct answer to my prayers. I felt an immediate closeness to Christ that exceeded all my expectations. I wanted that feeling all the time. I wanted to be a Mormon. Family is everything to me. To be a part of a church that centers around the family unit is so wonderful. For these reasons and many more, I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I currently teach the youth. To be able to help shape their testimony is truly an honor. Their enthusiasm for life is so inspirational. In my opinion it is one of the best opportunities for service, and serving others is a core value of my faith. I do simple, yet powerful things daily that help me live my faith; I pray, I serve, I reach out to those in need, I turn to the Lord in all I do.
