Hi I'm James Lee

I am a student doctor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

This is such an exciting time to live! There is so much to do and learn about in this world. However, these opportunities are of no worth unless they are means of helping eachother and developing relationships. That is what the Gospel of Jesus Christ is all about. And family is the greatest of these relationships. My life goal is to follow Christ's example while using the talents and abilities He has given me to help others.

Why I am a Mormon

While I was raised in a Mormon household, my faith eventually grew independently of my parents' beliefs. Through sincere prayer, study of the scriptures, and church attendance, I know by the power of the Holy Ghost that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that through Joseph Smith, He restored His Church to the earth. I know where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going. I love my Father in Heaven and want to serve Him to the best of my ability, and because of Jesus Christ, I can live with Him again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in Jesus Christ by trying to follow God's commandments, and repenting (or changing) as I fall short. It is very simple, actually. It can be challenging at times, but it is always worth it in the end. The most lasting and sweet experiences I have had in my life have always had to do with helping others and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is nothing else like seeing someone come to know Christ as their Savior.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

James Lee
The answer is simple. We serve out of a sincere desire to invite others to come unto Christ who will cleanse them from their sins. This is the only way that one will find peace in this life and eternal life with loved ones in the world to come. Show more Show less
