Hi I'm Kimberly

I am a daughter of God - a princess. I love dancing, singing, laughing, and playing the piano. And, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the beautiful things God has given us to enjoy - nature, music, dance, smiles, etc. Some of my favorite things to do are to listen to music, read, dance, sing, write, play the piano, and laugh with my family and friends. I am the oldest of five girls and we all were/are homeschooled, which, along with giving us many opportunities to be together as a family, tends to make our lives very interesting (in a good way!). I have always lived in Arizona, and am a true desert girl.

Why I am a Mormon

I love knowing who I am and why I am here on Earth. My knowledge of the Atonement of Jesus Christ makes me so happy and allows me to start each day clean and able to try harder to overcome temptation. I have been a member all my life, but I continue to learn and understand more as I study the scriptures and pray. Without my knowledge of Heavenly Father's Plan, I would be so lost and discouraged. The Gospel reassures me that everything happens for a reason and if I am living the way I know I should everything will be okay. The Gospel brings light, life, and love into my life. I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

Currently, I am the pianist in the Primary, which means that I play the piano on Sundays for the little kids (ages 3-11). I love being there and hearing the Gospel taught in all its beautiful simplicity and to hear the kids express their feelings about the Savior and the Gospel through music. In my personal life, I try to help others see the joy of the Gospel and improve myself every day to more closely follow my Savior. There's always something to work on, but I am so thankful that my Heavenly Father and my Savior are patient with me and always show They love me through the many small, yet beautiful, miracles in my life.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Kimberly
They will teach you about different principles of the Gospel which include the Atonement of Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father's Plan of Salvation which allows us to return to live with Him forever on conditions of repentance. The missionaries will also answer any questions you might have about the Church, or about principles you have already heard about. They will not pressure or try to guilt you into joining our church; they will simply teach you the principles and how you can know they are true, as well as answer your questions. Show more Show less
