Hi I'm Don

I'm a Mormon. And I drive a semi truck. I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington

About Me

I am a convert to the church. My step daughter was in seminary and decided to have the missionaries come to my home. It took them some effort to get me into the discussions. I was driving semi truck over the road at the time and it was hard to catch me at home. I was kind of slow to allow the missionaries to teach me. I finally got it and was baptized on my birthday in 1996. I love my family. That is one of the reasons that I was baptized. My dad died when I was 8. I knew I really wanted to see him again. So when I heard the gospel plan I knew it was what I wanted and needed to be able to see my dad again. I have 3 brothers and one sister. None of them are members. I also have two brothers who died in a house fire when they were 5 and 7, I was 21 when they left. Now that I have the gospel I know where those little boys are and that they are safe with our Father in Heaven. My mom passed away several years ago. My wife and I have been able to go to the Temple and get her work done. Now we and can have my dad and mom sealed together foe eternity, I can be with them. That is the greatest feeling, that I can see my parents again and that they will be together forever.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I want to be be with my family again. Because I know that I am important a Father that I can not see but I feel His presence in my life.

How I live my faith

I love my life in a manner that might be pleasing to my Father in Heaven.
