Hi I'm Sarah

I love being a mom and playing with my kids. I love baking and doing art projects. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I don't think that I am very unique. Ever since I was 12 all I wanted to do was grow up and be a mom. I married the man of my dreams and he stays that way because he lets me stay home with our kids. I try not to pack our schedule to deep. I like having the freedom of spending our family time together when and wherever we want . We love being together and I like our life at this slow pace. It is easy to fill it up with things that don't matter. I love baking and doing art projects, with the kids or by myself. I think we have a really great life and I'm grateful everyday that we can live it this way.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church but my testimony I earned all by myself. I know our Heavenly Father loves us through every experience that I have, be it good or not so good. I know he gave us scriptures as a rule book. He gave us a lifeline to Him through prayer. He answers our prayers all day long and the more I recognize that, the more I see it happening in my everyday life. If we can take a step back and look at our situations from His point of view, the bigger picture is easier to see and it helps my decision making easier. I'm grateful every minute for the blessing I'm enjoying. I acknowledge that they all come from our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I teach the children at church and they are hilarious. They are so smart and they surprise you everyday. They just soak up everything you say whether you realize it or not. I believe we can really change things with the education of our little ones. By teaching them to make good choices it empowers them to be kind to others and want to better themselves. It's fun watching them grow up and be happy. I often get a glimpse of how God must see us by watching the children around us experience life. It's fantastic!
