Hi I'm Kellie

I'm a wife, mother, business owner and student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love my family and am still learning each day how to be a better wife and mother. I own and run a small franchise business which has been a stressful journey but one with many great lessons. In my spare time (hahaha), I am also studying for a Bachelor of Property. I love to run, cook and eat (I need to run because I eat, so lucky I like to run...). I have a wonderful loving husband who encourages me to be better and who doesn't hold me back from the things that help me grow. We have three beautiful girls, one of which is waiting for us in Heaven.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Saviour, Jesus Christ. He knows our pain and struggles. He has suffered for our sins. We had a beautiful and perfect baby who was stillborn. There was a knot in her cord. Why would our daughter be taken from this life? Because there is a plan. I have always known that families can be together for eternity. This life is not the end. With every trial, there is always a greater blessing. I know that our beautiful girl will be ours forever. My Saviour carried me through the darkest moments, because he has felt my pain. Despite our trials and pain, we can have happiness. Every day I am grateful for my knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the knowledge that we can return to a loving Father in Heaven, with our families, because our Saviour died for us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to learn and grow each day. We have family prayer together. We have family evenings at home each Monday night. We attend church each week and take the sacrament and learn in our classes. I teach the women at church, once a month, so that we can grow together and so that we can continue trying to be better people and to love ourselves, others and our Saviour more. I read good books that help inspire me to be better. I feel grateful for my blessings and the more I am grateful, the more I can see how my Father in Heaven blesses me.
