Hi I'm Phillip

I grew up in Australia and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in small country town, moved to New Zealand to finish my education, since then I have lived in Brisbane. Most of my life I have been working as a Telemarketer.

Why I am a Mormon

My family joined the church when I was seven so I have been a member since then. I have had to gain my own testimony of the church. As a teenager I prayed to know if the Book of Mormon was true and I recieved a special witness that confirmed to me the truthfulness of this special book. This testimony was strenthened when I attended Church College of New Zealand. While there I had the privilage of seeing the Prophet Spencer W Kimball as he visited New Zealand. I participated in the youth garden and in singing in the mens choir and in the choir that sang on the Sunday. I always had a desire to go on a mission and in September 2007 I was called to serve in the Perth Australia Mission. I had the privilage of being involved with and seeing many peoples lives changed as they were baptised members of the church. Following my mission I have lived in and around Brisbane where I have had many experiences which have confirmed my testimony of the church.

How I live my faith

Currently I serve as a High Council advisor which I realy enjoy. I have previously served as counclor in the Bishopric, Ward Mission leader.
