Hi I'm Raymond

Born and raised in good ol' Colorado. I'm doing my best to transition over to being an adult. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in the Church, but then one day I wanted to try something different. Of coarse I came back and am now trying to still go on my mission. I secretly love using my brain, specially when in in competition with other people. I like thing like chess, Magic the Gathering, and WoW, but I can't afford WoW. So I guess I'm really just one big nerd.

Why I am a Mormon

I don't know everything, but I do know when something feels right, and I've yet to find anything that makes more sense.

How I live my faith

One step at a time, I try and study every morning, and every night. Praying helps a lot, and doing stuff like visiting other families. I also find thats sometimes you have to be willing to receive blessing as well be them. Asking for help when I need it, and giving members the opportunity to fulfill their duties and be a part of my life. Did I mention praying?

Do Mormons practice polygamy?

Raymond
Let me answer that with just a few words "no" Show more Show less

Who are the Mormons?

Raymond
Well when you say "The Mormons" it sounds like a band, but sadly we are not a band. We are people just like everyone else; we come in big and small, male and female, young and old. We believe in the same organization that Jesus Christ established, and we follow His teachings, and more importanly live the way He lived; with love for all people. Show more Show less

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Raymond
You can study the question out in your mind, study it, and most importanly pray about it to Heavenly Father. He is there and He wants to answer your questions but you have to ask HIm. The most important thing though is when you revieve your answer, you must act upon it. What good would it do you, if you found out fruit was healthy for you, and then proceded to never eat it? The same is true of answer you'll recieve. Show more Show less
