Hi I'm Brett

I grew up in the Phoenix, Arizona area. I am a Family Practice Physician currently practicing in North Phoenix. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father of three great children. We love to spend time together. Our favorite activities revolve around water. We love to waterski, wakeboard, wakesurf and tube. When we are not at the lake we are usually attending one of the many activities of one of my children. Sometimes it is a volleyball game, other times a horse show and other times a choral or band concert. We also like to travel especially to places where we can scuba dive or just be around water. When it gets too hot here, we travel north to the mountains to enjoy the forest and its many activities. Whatever activity we are involved in, we are creating memories that can last a lifetime.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church my entire life. I love the gospel for the life it allows me to live. It teaches me how to find and maintain true happiness. The gospel of Jesus Christ is one of spiritual freedom that I could not find anywhere else.  The standards by which we live can be an rock solid beacon in an ever changing world of chaos and unhappiness. I am truely grateful for the direction it gives me in my life.

How I live my faith

Although I am far from perfect, I try to live by the standards that I have been taught by my parents as well as those contained in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I try to deal honestly and fairly with those whom I come in contact with. I try to treat others as I would like to be treated myself. I feel that the Plan of Happiness contains all the knowledge that we need if we will just follow the plan. The gospel of Jesus Christ is my own personal GPS system as I navigate through life's many trials. It gives me hope which in turn allows me the freedom to look at life with a broader perspective and with a more positive outlook.
