Hi I'm Madison

I am the oldest of 4 girls and our lives are music and laughter! I am a Sister Missionary serving in Singapore and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a college student in Hawaii and I am loving life right now! I have swam with sharks and this past summer I lived on the ocean in a traditional, wooden Hawaiian sailing canoe and ate lots of fish and coconut. These are just a couple among the many adventures I have had and plan on continuing to have. I love singing, swimming, reading, and hanging out with people I love; friends and family. I have the best major ever (anthropology) and I get to meet all kinds of amazing people from all over the world. And meeting new people is my favorite thing to do. Life is good :) I have just received a call to serve as a missionary in the Singapore Mission and I am so excited and happy for the opportunity to serve the people of Singapore and Malaysia!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and I have never really had any serious doubts about the truthfulness of the gospel. My entire life I have always had the knowledge that I am never alone and that no matter what circumstances I may find myself in, I may be comforted. All that I have ever received from being a member of the church is love and support and a fuller knowledge of the meaning of life. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church and that Jesus Christ came to this earth and lived, and suffered, and died for us. I am so grateful for that knowledge and the continuing support that I have from my peers and leaders and the unconditional love that I feel from every direction.

How I live my faith

I participate as much as possible in my ward, stake, and other church activities. I go to church every week to learn and feel the spirit and I love attending activities like family home evening, service projects, or group temple trips. Even more than just attending my meetings and activities I try to be the best that I can be and emmulate Christ-like attributes so that I will never be ashamed of myself for any reason. I strive to live righteously and well enough that I would feel comfortable and confident if I were being observed or setting an example. I just be the best that I can be every day.
