Hi I'm Bryce

I love learning. I read Tolstoy. I can do 2 1/2 flips with a full twist of the high dive. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Colorado in the out doors! Camping in the pristine Rocky Mountains was the vacation of choice for my family of humble means. When my Father took a job over seas in Prague, Czech Republic it set a course for my life of change. Since then I have visited over 40 countries lived in Russia for 2 years and traveled the U.S. from coast to coast with college internships. I graduated from high school back in Bloomfield, CO and took a diving scholarship to dive for Brigham Young Universities. I have now graduated in business and working hard to become a young professional. I love everything and everyone. Folk music is always in my ear and I love football games with chips and salsa. I'm defiantly a people person.

Why I am a Mormon

I am both a very pragmatic person and a spiritual one. I am in awe when the sun sets, the thunder crashes, and the wind blows. Nature strikes a cord a special cord in me. I feel that same awe and inspiration when I read Christs words in the bible and in the book of Mormon. In my careful contemplation the doctrines of this Church are what I believe to be Christ's gospel in modern times. The inspiration I that fills my heart when I read the Book of Mormon and read of Joseph Smith's experience are so convincing to me. In my heart I know this to be Christs Church on earth. No other thing in this life has brought me such peace and happiness.

How I live my faith

Being a young professional I treat every ward I move into as my second family. I try to invest all that I can into helping others but in turn they end up helping me.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

If ever I have been required to do something in the church I have always been the greater benefactor. My 2 year mission to Russia has been the greatest experience of my life. Its a privileged that i was entrusted with this opportunity. Not all young men serve and it is ultimately a personal choice. I have always been encouraged to serve a mission. Just as I was encouraged to go to college. Young men who do not serve can still be honorary members of the church but I feel they miss out on one of the greatest blessings of life as a Mormon young man. Show more Show less
