Hi I'm Jeannie

I'm a Mormon. I am a convert to the church and feel that being a member has tremendously blessed my life.

About Me

I am retired and enjoy fishing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon by choice! I attended many different churches and have concluded that the Mormon doctrine is sound and true. Being raised in another faith, I at first was reluctant and cautious. God's spirit abounds in the Mormon church and I am convinced He led me to where I am supposed to be. I have never been happier.

How I live my faith

I actively attend my local ward . I visit less active members regularly and help with church activities as much as possible. When asked, I teach other members of the church. I try to be of service whenever and to whomever I can. I truly try to emulate Christ's love for others by treating others as I would want to be treated! In my current calling in Relief society, I oversee the teaching of our ward sisters. Being so new in the church, this has been a real challenge for me. It has helped me to grow, for which I am thankful. It has also caused me to ponder the needs of our ward sisters. As I come to know each one a little better, my love for them grows. I am blessed to be a member of the Mormon church!
