Hi I'm Emily

I was born and raised in Indiana. I'm a full-time mother of 4 and a part-time Dental Hygienist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 4 VERY active children who keep me busy. I work part-time as a Dental Hygienist and love what I do. I'm a soccer/football mom. I love to run, bike and travel. I tend to be a quirky person and appreciate quirks in other! I'm fascinated with how we are all so different.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I find peace a comfort in the teaching of the gospel. Through my profession I meet many people and I'm amazed at how different we all are. This gospel is not meant to create "cookie-cutter" type people but to embrace everyone. When I live the teachings of Jesus Christ as taught in the LDS faith, I feel a sense of balance no matter how crazy busy my life currently is. That is because my priorities are in order.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every Sunday. I serve in the Stake YW Presidency, which means I help the congregational leaders who work with the teenage girls. I help to organize training meetings for the leaders and camps for the girls. I also work with a group to set up youth conferences in the summer. I also volunteer at my children's schools. Most importantly though, I feel that I live my faith by teaching my children about Jesus Christ and how he made it possible for us to return and live with our Heavenly Father.
