Hi I'm Scott Lamond

I'm a Mormon. Became a member in 1978. Completed my Bacholar of Science degree in Procurement and Logistics in 1991.

About Me

I am married. Our children are all grown and we have six grandchildren an even split for now of 3 boys and 3 girls. I've been working for the federal government for the most part from 1974 to the present. Four of the early years as a service member in the U.S. Air Force. Time after that have has been in construction, Law Enforcement, supply and procurement. I also work two part-time jobs. I enjoy quiet time. I enjoy visiting with my children and grandchildren. That is always a special time.

Why I am a Mormon

I hold to the truth. Through the gospel I have gained the truth of you I am here, what I am to do while I am here on the earth, and where I continue when I depart this earth. I investigated and studied the scriptures and prayed and pondered and truth was revealed to me in a very personal manner and I knew. I have come to know and sustain my testmony of the gospel through service and the example of others.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through serving in my callings in working with the Cub Scout Pack in our Ward. I hope I serve others well through my watchful service to the individuals I hometeach.
