Hi I'm Jenna.

I'm in high school. I love photography. I play the flute and piano. I love to make things out of duct tape. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a freshman in high school. I've lived in Nebraska for pretty much all of my life. I've been a member of the church all of my life. My biggest hobby right now is to make things out of duct tape, like roses, wallets, purses, flowers, and many more! I love hanging out with my friends and playing basketball. I play the flute, piano, and the ukulele. I want to become a photographer when I grow up.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. I was baptized when I was eight years old. I grew up with the Holy Ghost in my home. I've gone to many church activites such as a youth girl's camp. At youth girl's camp, you feel the spirit so strongly, its impossible to doubt what you are hearing is true. You just know. Its times like these when the spirit is so sweet that have helped strengthen my testimony in this church. The scriptures have also strengthened my faith. As I read them earnestly, I can tell that the scriptures were meant for our day. They help me through my challenges. Prayer has also helped me so much! As I pray I feel that Heavenly Father is listening to me. He has blessed me so much throughout my life, and especially now as I'm getting older. Its church that has help me keep on going during rough times.

How I live my faith

I have been a leader for the 12 and 13 year old girls. I helped plan weekly activities, call to remind them of things, and just looked out for their well being. As I did this, I got to know all of the girls so well and have become friends with every single one if them (there's around 15 of them!). I often play hymns on the piano during our young women classes. Outside of church, I try to live faithfully. I stand for my standards that I believe. My standards include dressing modestly, not using bad language, listening to positive music, and not dating untill I'm 16 years old. I try to live as an example of Christ.
