Hi I'm Jessica.

I grew up in the beautiful state of Colorado. I am a current student at BYU-Idaho. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am going into my Sophomore year of college at BYU-Idaho. It is a wonderful school and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there thus far! I love to draw, ski, hike, sing, and laugh. I have a passion for anything pertaining to the arts. I am majoring in the Fine Arts and hope to become an illustrator or graphic designer in the near future. More than anything, I hope to one day have a family of my own that I can raise in the Gospel and live with for all time and eternity.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is right. There have been countless experiences throughout my life that have proven this over and over. I know of the joy one can receive if they come onto the true Gospel. I know that we have a Heavenly Father that loves each one of His children. Every person is a child of God. He has a plan for us so we can return to Him and live in eternal happiness. We have a Savior who made the ultimate sacrifice in order to make this plan possible. I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that there is a special plan for me. I am a member of His church so I can follow His will, obtain joy, and bring truth and happiness unto others.

How I live my faith

I have held various callings within the church. I have been a president in our Youth program, a music chorister, activities committee member, and a Sunday school teacher. Each and every calling has been a great learning experience and blessing in my life. How I really live my faith is by following the Lord's commandments. I strive to be a good example to others in standing up for my beliefs and doing what is right. I hope that it may one day make a difference; that others can come to realize what true happiness can come by following the Lord.
