Hi I'm Sloane

I'm a Midwife, I'm a Nurse Practitioner, I love the outdoors and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest sister of 7 siblings that are all my best friends. Growing up with parents that had the motto "Work Hard, Play Hard" made for an exciting childhood. I have always had a bit of adventure in me and loved exploring the areas around me. I love the outdoors. Camping, HIking, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Water Skiing, Biking etc. I enjoy it all. I am a recent graduate of a masters in nursing program with emphasis in Midwifery and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I have great respect and awe for the human body, it abilities and the process of another life forming entering this beautiful world. I am recently married and have every confidence in the institution of marriage and the importance of families.

Why I am a Mormon

The teachings of the Church all make sense to me. It is about imperfect people striving to become better and helping others along with them in the process. I had the opportunity to watch individuals and families around me implement church teachings and seen the success of those individuals and families. I attribute my happiness as a child and good habits as adult to my parents commitment to the Church, our family and each other. I can see the change in my life as I strive to live as Christ did and as the Church teaches, I am happier.

How I live my faith

I live my faith and it effects everyday. Scripture study, prayer, contemplation and action on personal improvement are a part of my daily routine. I strive to always think of Christ, serve others and do what I know to be right.
