Hi I'm Cassell

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in the U. S. and have lived in canada for 25 years of my life, and now I am back with my family living in the U. S.. I worked as a cosmetologist for many years and love to do hair . I keep busy with my 3 teenage kids. I have been married for 20 years to my wonderful husband Mark. I like to read non-fiction, and am very much into health and nutrition. I love to work out and excercise. I have my personal training certificate and have competed in short distance triathalons. I like to bike and keep active.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a mormon. I grew up in a family that was very active in our church. My parents always taught me the importance of having the gospel of Christ in our lives. They taught me compassion ,charity and service just by their example in helping others who were in need. I have always known the church was true and by the experinces and trials I have had in my life, it just re-confirms that we have a Heavenly Father and a savior Jesus Christ who loves us very much. I can't imagine life without the gospel as it has been a blessing and strong foundation in my life. I have a testimony of the book of Mormon . It truly was written for our day. I know we have a prophet today who will guide us in these troubled times. If we keep our testimony strong , we will be watched over and will always have the Lord on our side..

How I live my faith

I have had many different jobs in my church and am currently serving in the Primary ( children's group) I love to see the kids eager to learn and sing the songs. They have such sweet spirits. We have the gospel in our home as we have Family prayer, Family nights and try to spend as much time together as a family. Our kids are involved in the youth groups from our church and they have made alot of friends that have the same values as them.
