Hi I'm Joe

I have lived in all parts of the United States and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into the church and have never left it. I am so happy I was raised with the standards and values of the church because they made me who I am. I served and LDS mission for 2 years when I was 19 and call it the hardest, but most important 2 years of my life. My parents divorced during that mission. It was a very hard time, but I was extremely blessed and finished my mission strong. Our family is still tight knit, but divorce was hard on us all. I completed dental school, married my dream girl, and have 3 wonderful kids...as of now. Life is good.

Why I am a Mormon

I remain a mormon because of the peace and security the gospel provides me and my family. We are able to focus on what is to come instead of what turmoil the world is in and will be in. We can focus on the positive and have hope of great things to come. The restored gospel provides answers to questions that I have not found anywhere else. I do know that what we follow is the truth, but if it turned out to false, living the gospel principles and following the teachings of the church provides the best lifestyle and opens the most doors than not abiding by it's teachings. Long story short, I'm a mormon because it makes me happy and it helps me to be the best person that I can.

How I live my faith

I have had many callings in the church. I have been in the nursery with the babies, I have taught the new members and visitors class, and have organized the sporting events that we participate in. I currently have been called with my wife to organize a specific activity for our ward and help us all to have a fun time. I believe it's good to laugh, and joke, and have fun while still being worthy members of the Lord's church.
