Hi I'm Michelle

I am stay at home mother of 4, served a mission in the Hawaiian Islands, live in a small farming community and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and have 4 wonderful young children. I live in a very small and close farming community. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Veterinarian Technology and was an Emergency Nurse until I became a full time mother. I love to sew and quilt and I am working on learning how to preserve food for food storage! My husband is a wonderful man and principal of our small school district.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by parents who where converts to the church and it is through their example that I have always been an active member of the LDS church. I realized around the age of 14 that I knew the gospel was true and have never doubted that since. I eventually served a mission in Hawaii and it was an experience that prepared me to be a wife and mother which I had not expected. I know that the LDS church is the only true church on earth, I know this not because someone told me but because I asked Heavenly Father myself and can not deny that He told me many times that this is true. I also have a very firm testimony of latter day prophets. Thomas S. Monson is the prophet today and I challenge anyone with an open heart and mind to listen to him speak and ask God if he is a prophet.

How I live my faith

I am currently the teacher of Gospel Essentials which is for anyone who is investigating the church, coming back into activity, or wishes to review basic doctrines. It has strengthened my testimony and I really look forward to teaching my class every week! I belong to a very small branch and we are really working towards the missionary movement.
