Hi I'm Brooke

I'm a wife and mom and our family just moved to a new town. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife of 14 years and mom of three kids; ages 13,10, and 8. I love volunteering in my kids' classrooms, participating in a book group, and sharing tips and resources with other moms and women. Our family just moved to a new job and town and we're excited to get to know our community better.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon family, but I took the opportunity to study the scriptures, pray to God, and find out for myself that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. I feel at peace when I live by the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ. My belief and faith were strengthened when I was a missionary in New York City and got to meet and teach some of God's children from all over the world. Now I'm thankful my husband and I have the opportunity to teach those gospel truths to our children.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is a daily thing. I get geared up for the day by reading my scriptures and praying before leaving my room. I try to take care of my family well. Being kind and getting to know my neighbors is so basic, but so important to me. In addition to attending church services each Sunday, I get to help plan and carry out activities for 8 to 11-year-old girls twice a month.
