Hi I'm Corie

I'm a Mormon, wife and mother, I enjoy the outdoors, horses and boating.

About Me

I have been Married for 21 years, we have 2 kids, a cat and a leopard gecko. I have always loved horses and being outdoors. I enjoy learning and taking on new challenges. I enjoy cooking, quilting, gardening, biking, hiking and much more. My greatest joy is my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to a family who were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Over time some of my family members struggled with their own belief in Christ. During this time my testimony grew immensely as I found my own answers to the questions that were being raised. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. Jesus is the Christ the Savior and Redeemer of the world. I have been blessed in my life by this knowledge. There was a particular time in my life when I was going through a very difficult time. My struggles were over whelming to me, and I didn't know how I could continue. Getting on my knees and talking with my Father in Heaven was the only thing that could have gotten me through that time in my life. He Lives, He answers prayers, He knows each of us by name, He Loves each of us and is anxious to bless us. My testimony and knowledge of the Gospel is my greatest possession.

How I live my faith

I have often worked with the youth in my church. They are amazing and it is a privilege to see them grow and learn. Often times I learn more from them than they do from me. I also enjoy visiting with other women once a month in their homes and talking to each other about Jesus, and helping each other how ever we can. I look for ways to serve others in my community. Serving in the soup kitchen is one of things I like to do.
