Hi I'm Dan

I am a father of four. I love chocolate chip cookies. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of four, married to the love of my life. I am a chiropractor, a profession which I love. The healing power of touch is truly wonderful. I am a fan of Supercross/Motorcross racing, football, basketball, and sports in general. I enjoy camping, hiking, movies, reading, family vacations, Korean food, drawing, swimming, ATVs and chocolate chip cookies.

Why I am a Mormon

As a child I was exposed to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was living in a foster home with no prior religious exposure. I attended church, prayed and read the Bible and Book of Mormon seeking to know if the things I was learning about were true. I came to know for myself (a peace in my heart, a confirmation) that what I was learning was true. This knowledge gave me strength and clarity in my life. I no longer needed to worry about my life circumstance (messed up family life). I could choose to follow the Savior Jesus Christ and make a path for my life that I could be proud of. I learned to rely on the spirit of God to help me make decisions and give me comfort in times of difficulty. I knew that despite my earthly experience of a broken home, I could have a family of my own that could be eternal. I am a Mormon because I know that I felt God's spirit touch my heart and testify to me that this is his true church.

How I live my faith

I participate in church services on a weekly basis. I visit members of my congregation on a monthly basis and teach Sunday school. I attend social activities and events sponsored by our church. I strive to read from the scriptures on a daily basis, additionally I pray by my self and with my family.
