Hi I'm Liz

I love reading, cooking, music, tennis, and spending time with my kids and husband in the mountains. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a tiny town in Idaho, but I love living in my beautiful big city. I have a business degree and now have the best job in the world as a stay at home mom of three amazing kids. I spend most of my time chasing those three kids. My husband and I love to stay active and can be found up in the mountains rock climbing and zip lining with our kids during our spare time. I am a diabetic and have been very blessed with an otherwise healthy body. I loved playing basketball, volleyball, and softball in high school, but I am now trying to teach my kids tennis so I'll have someone to play with! I love to read and bake and play the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Christ's restored gospel on the earth. I have seen the blessings that come from living by it's teachings. I have witnessed small miracles in every day life that come from living a life of faith. I love the feelings of peace, freedom and comfort that result from obeying God's commandments. But most of all I am a Mormon because I have prayed about the Church and it's teachings and I know that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to follow God's commandments in everything I do. I try to teach my children faith, love, and charity. I try to teach them every day to rely on the teaching of the gospel and personal prayer to guide their lives. I love serving in my church and have enjoyed serving and volunteering in many areas. Most recently I have enjoyed serving by teaching the 11 year old boys class with my husband. I have been blessed by being able to discuss, teach and learn about the gospel with the boys in my class.
