Hi I'm Joette

I'm a piano teacher, social worker and a cool aunt. I love to cook, speak french, and ride my bike by the lake. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have just recently opened a music studio in my home where I teach piano, voice, guitar and even some French. I love to travel and have been to Mexico, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco and France. I love cooking and having people over for dinner parties. I love living by lakes and enjoy every chance I get to spend time in one. I have nine nieces and nephews that mean the world to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because their are certain questions about life that have been answered for me. For example: Where I lived before I came to earth? Where I am going after I die? This church has answered all these questions. I know that I am a daughter of God and I know He loves me. I know of my purpose on earth and the reasons for my life. Being a member of this church has taught me that no matter how alone, however lost, however sad, however empty, however miserable, however afraid, however doubtful, the Savior, Jesus Christ will be our friend. He will always find me with His Holy Ghost, cheer me with His commandments, fill me up with His scriptures and comfort me with His love.

How I live my faith

I serve as the 1st counselor in the Primary presidency, the ward organist and as a visiting teacher. The primary involves all the children ages 3-11 in my community. Each Sunday I get the awesome opportunity to teach these children important values and principles. I love playing the organ for my congregation and truly enjoy visiting with certain women to teach, uplift and inspire.
