Hi I'm MaryAnn

I grew up in Utah but am currently living in Arizona. I have 4 children who I am so proud of. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mom of 4. I have a college degree in Elementary Education and Early childhood Education. I have taught school over the years but am currently working on other things. I have lived in many places while my husband served in the US Air Force. I have met many wonderful people and made friendships I will always cherish.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church all of my life. I come from a strong Mormon pioneer heritage. I am so grateful for the sacrifices they made. Although I grew up in the church I have come to know for myself of the truthfulness of the gospel and that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I am so grateful to have the knowledge I have of my Heavenly Fathers plan for me. I feel his love everyday. In my life I have had many trials which the Lord has helped me through and I have gained strength from. Being a Mormon and living our standards makes me happy and excited for my future. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by working with our youth. I teach the teenage girls on Sunday and help plan activities that will help them know who they are and how they can become who they are meant to be. I am amazed at the strength and good in the next generation. I also try to serve my friends and neighbors in any way I am needed. Christ taught us "When you are in the service of your fellowmen you are in the service of God." I feel Christ love everyday and I hope that my actions will help someone else feel of his love too. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a lifestyle. I try to live the gospel principals everyday, not just on Sunday. Some may think our Church expects too much of us, but we are only living the way Christ did.
