Hi I'm Steve

I'm from Arizona and have lived here the majority of my life. Outside of Arizona, I have lived in Utah and Ohio. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a recent college graduate with a BA in Communications. I now work full-time in a management position. When I'm not at work, I'm either at home fullfilling my roles as a husband and dad or I'm serving within the church. With whatever "freetime" that is left, I enjoy watching whatever sports I can, especially college football!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has truly blessed my life in so many ways. I have also seen it bless the lives of those around me. I served a mission for the church in Columbus, Ohio. While I was on my mission, I found great joy in serving others and sharing the message of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ with the people that I met. I have read The Book of Mormon. I have prayed to know of its truthfulness. I know The Book of Mormon is true and that it is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that The Book of Mormon has the power and ability to change a person’s life and bring them closer to their Father in Heaven and Savior Jesus Christ. I know that we are led by a prophet of God today. He is Thomas S. Monson. I know that through him, the Lord reveals His truths and His will for us, His children. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only true church on the earth today. Why am I so sure of this? I have prayed about it, as anyone can do, and I have received and continue to receive answers to my prayers that it is true. I know that God is not a God of confusion, and because of this, there can only be one single truth, and that truth is found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being involved with different organizations within the church. I have had the opportunity to work with the young men at church as well as the "older" men, or the husbands/fathers. I also try to live my faith by example. I cannot expect others to believe what I believe if I do not live the way that a Mormon is expected to live.
