Hi I'm JoJo

I am a convert to the church. I joined the church about a year after my wife did. I was not much for going to church as a child. I always felt like church was a joke to some people. When my wife asked me to join her in going to watch an Elder from the church speak. I felt like it would be boring. I was struck by the speaker and wanted to go with her to church the next day and hear and learn more. I read the Book of Mormon and took the dicussions and it changed my life. I quit all my bad habbits and saw my life the way I wanted it to be. I knew that there was no going back. My life has changed for me in ways I would have never dreamed.

I was so blessed as to be able to baptize my daughter when she turned eight. It was a highlight of my life. I would have never dreamed it would be possible for me to do. I read scriptures as often as possible . For me, reading scriptures brings peace to my life. We do family home evening, sometimes more than one night a week. I attend church every Sunday, pass and bless the sacarment often. I am a visiting teacher. I have surrounded myself with more spirtual and inspirational teachings. I am more careful as to the things I watch and listen to.
