Hi I'm Natalie

I live in the desert, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a wonderful husband, and we live in Arizona with no kids... YET! We are both going to school, working, and doing fun things together. We love sporting events, camping, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with family. All of our family is in Utah so being alone in Arizona has really given us time to get to know each other. I work for a major semi-conductor company and get to be part of hiring the best and brightest people on the planet to bring new technology to our fingertips and everywhere around us. We are very blessed to have the family and friends we have and try to make the most of every relationship. Friendships are very important to me and I treasure every friendship I have.

Why I am a Mormon

God is everything around us. He is the reason I am here today. Everything I have is because of him and the blessings he has provided me. His son Jesus Christ is my brother and friend. He died for me and for all the mistakes I have made, and will make. This church is essential to His plan of salvation. He wants us to have eternal families so we can be together forever. I have chosen to be a member of this church because I know this gospel to be true and everything we believe is sacred and good. I have gained my own testimony that this church is true by praying, reading the scriptures, and trying my best to live a faithful and honest life. Christ restored His church and Joseph Smith was his prophet and translated the Book of Mormon. With the Bible, I am able to use these scriptures to help guide and shape my life. We have a Prophet and Apostles today that deliver God's messages and lead us to be more like Christ. When I am not doing what's right, I can feel the difference in my life. I know that when I am serving others and following the commandments, things are more at peace. I am a Mormon because everything we believe is sustained by God and is part of his divine plan.

How I live my faith

I have been blessed to be the Visiting Teaching Coordinator. This calling allows me to be very close to the sister's in our church. Visiting Teaching is a program that truly does the Lord's work in making sure that all the women and their families in the church are cared for and blessed. What better way to show the Lord that you love him than by serving? This calling has humbled me because I see where people are struggling and where they need help. It has also strengthened my testimony because I see the love and compassion people have for each other and the willingness to always help and be there for one another. I also love helping children in the church through our primary program. Children, in my opinion, are God's greatest gift. To be able to help influence them, and to mold them to be good, faithful people is our duty regardless of our faith of choosing.
