Hi I'm Amanda

I grew up in a small town in AZ. I'm a proud member of my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love love love to read! I can finger pick on the piano. One of my favorite past times is crocheting and hemstitching. I enjoy learning new things and visiting new places. I love my family and spending time with them. I am a spectator of sports and I love to cook.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church can give me what no other can. The reassurance and promise that I can see my family that has passed on again someday. There is no till death do you part. I will be with my future husband, my one true love, for eternity. Death cannot take him away or take away my future family. I am a Mormon because I have read for myself the Book of Mormon and prayed to God if it was true. Even though I was raised in the church, I still had questions. I studied and pondered to find the answers to my questions. As I have, I have seen my life change for the better. My life is not perfect but I know that the people who have come into my life, and the lessons I've learned have strengthened me and given me the courage to press on in times of need. I am a Mormon because I have felt the Holy Ghost testify to me that this church is the one true church on the earth today. I have felt the power of the priesthood come from my father and I have seen the difference in my home and family when it is present. I know that the atonement is real and that President Monson is a true prophet. I know that God loves us just as much as the people from the Old Testament and that He does talk to the leaders of this church. I believe this church is true and I know that God knows it and He knows that I know, and I will not deny it.

How I live my faith

My faith is a part of my life. It's so much a part of my life that it's habit to live it. My faith gives me the strength to live my standards which define my life.
