Hi I'm Trent

I'm an apple farmer's son. I have a beautiful wife and 3 kids. I'm an engineer. I've been to over 30 countries. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to a wonderful wife and father to 3 beautiful children. I work for a technology company selling semiconductor chips for use in a wide variety of products such as medical, communications, industrial and consumer devices. Through my occupation, I have traveled to over 30 countries. I enjoy spending time with my family, making fun home movies and playing the piano and pipe organ.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a strong belief in God and have seen His workings in my life and the lives of those around me. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has answers to all my pressing questions about life, religion and how God works with His children on earth. I believe there is truth in many places, churches and organizations on the earth but that this church is the only one with the power to act in His name. The Church and its teachings has been very helpful to me and my family. I recognize this and have made a commitment to follow its teachings and serve Jesus Christ by serving in His church.

How I live my faith

I try to live the gospel of Jesus Christ first by loving my wife, children, parents, siblings and extended family. Daily prayers and scripture reading from the Bible and Book of Mormon are a part of my life and that of my family. I also serve in the Church where I am needed. In the past it has included serving with the youth in scouting and other organizations. Recently I have also helped the Bishop of our congregation as his secretary. While traveling around the world I share the gospel and try to serve those that I meet. I also help in the local community by doing community service projects, playing with my family in community musical events and coaching sports teams.
