Hi I'm Robert

I'm blessed to be a Mormon.

About Me

My childhood years were split between Idaho and Utah; living in Utah and working on relative's farm in Idaho during the summers. When I graduated from high school, I worked as an aircraft sheet metal journeyman at Hill AFB repairing F4s. Upon graduation from college I was commissioned in the U. S. Airforce. I spent 12 years active duty flying the RF4C as a weapon system operator (WSO). My military service included being stationed in Enid, Oklahoma; Sacramento, California; Okinawa, Japan; Sumter, South Carolina; and Austin, Texas. Upon leaving the USAF I started a second career as a government employee. My current work is programming management reports using Business Objects Crystal Reports and Oracle databases. I like to do a variety of things such as scouting, genealogy, shooting, web programming, wood work and art.

Why I am a Mormon

My family joined the church back before the Saints traveled West to Salt Lake. We have a "Royal" history being members of the LDS (Mormon) church. I'm LDS because I truly believe that Jesus is the only begotten son of God, our Savior; and that Joseph Smith was indeed instructed and inspired to translate the Book of Mormon and restore the Priesthood Church Authority to this earth.

How I live my faith

I'm currently the Cubscout's Assistant Webelos den leader and instruct in the Genealogy Library.
