Hi I'm Cameron

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Cameron, I'm a college student majoring in accounting and minoring in Spanish. I played football in High School. I enjoy playing any other sport with my friends in my free time or work on cars. I like to play piano, guitar, and drums when I get some free time.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know that through living the gospel I'll be able to overcome and live through any trial or difficulty that comes in life. By centering my life on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ I know that my life is complete and I can see the positive in any situation.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living my life in a way that I can be an example to those around me whether I know them and know that they are watching me or whether I think that I'm alone. I also try to live my faith my sincere communication with my Father in Heaven by prayer and by reading his council to me through the words of the prophets found in the holy scriptures such as The Book of Mormon, The Holy Bible, and other modern scriptures.

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that the family is the most important social group in this life because of the trials and happiness that we have together. Everything we do in the this life is going to bring us closer or push us apart but we are supposed to live our live in a way that we will always want to be together in this life either as we struggle or as we live happily while keeping the commandments and having and building up stronger family ties. What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

The Atonement of Jesus Christ is his suffering in the garden of Gethsemane, his dying on the cross, and his resurrection the third day, that Sabbath morning. It was so important and necessary for that sacrifice that we may become clean through that atonement for our sins and someday through our faithfulness and diligence return to the presence of our Heavenly Father with our Family.
