Hi I'm jeannine

I'm a Mormon. I love being a mormon. The church has helped me find my relationship with Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father.

About Me

I am a housewife and grandmother. We live rural in a small town. i was in the business world for many years. My winter hobby is reading and knitting. I like quilting also. I love to ride horses and do genealogy. I am outgoing and like people with a sense of humor. t

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a mormon. I'am a convert of 14 years. I went to many churches and there always seemed like there was something missing. When I listened to the missionaries I kept saying "I know that". The gospel helped show me who I am, where I came from, and where I am going. What a wonderful thing to know. The gospel is a design for living. I read the Book of Mormon and got a testimony that it was true. Through the years my testimony has grown. I am learning to trust the Lord with my problems and know that He love me and listens to me. The priesthood is the true power of God. I love the people in my church. We are all on different levels but we have the common thread of our church and believe.

How I live my faith

I am active in my church as we have church every Sunday and meetings during the week. It is a live style that I live by. We do visiting teaching each month which means we are assigned to other women, which we call sisters, to check on them and their family to see if they need any help. It keeps us connected with each other and to do charity work. I have had different callings in the church that has helped me grow and have understanding. We help put relief packages together for disaster around the world. I love doing genealogy. It is wonderful how you learn new talents that you didn't even know you had. I am a kinder person today and look to where I can lend a helping hand to others.
