Hi I'm Bre

I grew up in Mesa, AZ. I enjoy music, sports, and art. I am a wife and mother of three children. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mother of three kids. I enjoy crafting, sewing, running, working out, and playing the piano. I love to play with my kids. I also love photography and taking pictures of my children. I grew up playing basketball and softball so I enjoy playing sports too. I did some college before I got married, but I plan on going back and getting my degree when my kids are older. For now though, my time and energy is spent serving my husband and children and although I have hard times or moments, I truly love it! They are a great blessing to me and truly the best part of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because at first that is what I was raised to be. Now I am almost thirty and I have found my own testimony through my own life experiences. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me. He is always there to help me and comfort me through my trials. I never have to feel alone when I stay close to my Father in Heaven. I do this through reading my scriptures, saying my prayers, and attending the temple. I believe everything in this gospel is designed to help us reach our full potential. We are given callings and assignments that sometime might feel overwhelming, but in the long run are a huge blessing. Every organization in this church is inspired and full of guidance to help us make good choices and stay close to our Heavely Father. I feel surrounded my amazing people when I attend church each week. I feel supported in motherhood and womanhood as i strive to be a righteous wife and mother. Satan tries to pull me away from these callings and make me feel like they are not important and that I am not important. I know there is nothing greater than keeping my family strong in the gospel. I know that I am an important part of my Heavenly Father's plan. I want to return home to my Heavenly Father someday and live with him. I want my children to know that they are children of God and have a divine purpose for being here. We are here on this earth for a much greater purpose than what the world teaches. I am here to prove myself worthy for eternal life and eternal glory. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ I have the opportunity to continually humble myself and repent of my mistakes and do better. If I do these things with faith and humilty seeking my God all my days I will become who my Heavenly Father wants me to be, and I will have eternal joy in this life and the next. This is why I am a mormon.

How I live my faith

There are lots of ways I strive to live my faith. First, I am a visiting teacher. Which means I do my best to visit or call a few special ladies in my ward each month. They are assigned to me and I grow to love these women and develop great friendships. I also play the piano for the children in church each week. The children sing songs about christ each week and this has been one of my favorite callings. I have served with the women of the ward too and the youth in our ward. I have loved all my callings. They push me to be better and develop my talents more. They help my testimony of Christ and this gospel grow stonger.
