Hi I'm Clint Bills

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi my name is Clint. I am married to a wonderful woman named Cassidy. We have a son and a daughter and live in Arizona. I am a registered Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona. When I am not spending time with my family and working on designing civil projects I am a huge baseball fan. I love all sports but baseball is by far my favorite. I played from age four until eighteen and can sit and watch any game anytime. My wife often makes fun of me because I can talk baseball with anyone and will quickly lose track of time.

Why I am a Mormon

The question why I am a mormon is a great question. I think the reason for my memebership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints revolves around the tough questions that we face. The world is getting more and more difficult. The knowledge that I have a Heavenly Father that loves me and he has a plan that I can be with my family after this life is over is one example of these tough questions humanity faces. The thought of loosing a family member to death can be and is extremely heart wrenching. In the Gospel of Jesus Christ the truths of an eternal family and family being together after this life can be found. This brings a great peace to my life in diffucilt times. The ideas of an eternal family is appealing to anyone I would hope but the ability to find out that it is true and what one needs to do to be able to have a forever family through the feelings of the Holy Ghost. It is through these feelings that I have been able to learn that Jesus Christ is my Savior. That the Priesthood has been restored to the earth and it is here to bless all of Gods children. The Priesthood was restored to Joseph Smith who through the power of God translated the Book of Mormon which is another Testament of Jesus Christ. The reason I am a Mormon is because I have felt the Holy Ghost testify to me that these teachings are true and anyone that sincerly desires to know if they are true can ask God in prayer and learn through the Holy Ghost that the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are true.

How I live my faith

I have the best oppurtunity in the church. I get to work with the young men age 12 to 18 every Sunday and through out the week. This is a choice oppurtunity to teach and learn the Gospel from young men that are facing challenges in school and life that I couldn't imagine facing when I was in school. In teaching and working with these young men I feel my testimony grow as I study and search for ways to help the young men. The time I have to serve the young men helps me feel even greater the love the Savior has for each and everyone of us.
