Hi I'm Thomas Floodeen, Jr.

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Sainits.

About Me

I grew up and went to school in Colorado. I served a mission in north eastern Germany. I am married and have four children. I work for a software company in Colorado.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the church in my seventh year in California. We all grew in the Gospel Together. The happiness and understanding the Gospel brings is important to our lives.

How I live my faith

I enjoy the doctrines of the Gospel and am grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ. I strive to live my life to be worthy of His sacrifice. The insights gospel study brings to my life are important to make sense of the craziness of today's world.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

It is an honor and a blessing to be able to pay tithing. The blessings promised in the book of Malachi are true. For the privilege of paying tithing, we always have what we need, and most things that we want. In times of trouble, what better way to assure your family is taken care of than to give the Lord the small portion he asks for? The more we give back to Christ, the more we are blessed with. We will never catch up. Show more Show less
